Welcome! I Mean.. You're Welcome, Rox.

I think I've mentioned this before, and now I've come up with a visual. D has to snow blow paths on the lawn for Rox, or she doesn't know what the heck to do. There are times when she can't see over the sides, so it's like she's in a corn maze. This is her latest pattern.
Ok, I'm really leaving symbols for the alien ships I keep seeing above my house, but I think this is a really good cover.

Geez, and I thought we spoiled our dogs.

Does she have a normal pattern or is it random.

Linda said...

Ha..but she won't GO if she doesn't have a path! That, or she'll let loose on the porch or walk which is really classy. It seems she's random at first, and then she seeks out where she was before. Hi, she's a dog. She sprints back to the door which is very cute.

she got snow to play in, I envy her :)

That time travel loop, or something, link I posted is pretty interesting. From what I can tell it's one guy's take on the whole thing, and it's not half bad. It's long, but worth perusing.
I'm pretty sure that was my way of saying 'if you get time, read it and tell me what you think'.

Your comment about leaving the signs in the yard for aliens left me wondering. Are you listening to George Noory when you're blogging in the evening?

Stan Rosenthal said...

Alan Colmes said that he met George Noory 4 the 1st time when he visited LA recently. Said that he's a really nice guy.

I know that it's only hear say, though. :-)

Linda said...

Nope, never heard of George Noory.

Ok, I read the "main theory" at that loop link and must say that it makes total sense. The time travel curve that they threw at us this season was inevitable. Alotta stuff makes more sense now. And while I don't agree w/ all of the hypothesis; I agree w/ the majority of it. Almost wish I hadn't read it now :(

Linda said...

I didn't see it as a spoiler of any kind, I just thought it put some of the pieces together. Not to mention it's just one guy's theory,so there's a good possibility it's not right, and it's about what's already happened.
Now I feel bad for givin you the link.

RecknHavic said...

You should!

Just kiddn..

Yes, it's just one person's take, but it's a good one.
After reflectn on it I'm glad I read it, it answered some naggin questions (for me) that needed resolvin c/o Lost.

I think I'm just to the point where I need the help. I'm not gettin anywhere on my own, and it's getting really wild now, so having a few theories in the back of my head is helpful. There's a forum through that site, too, where people are talking that's interesting.

That reminds me...people are talking about a Mrs. Hawkings. Do you know who that is? People are thinkin it's Dan Faraday's mom, but I don't know who she is.

Linda said...

Oh man. I just heard this story on the news: Did you guys hear about the gal who had octuplets? Well it appears she now as 14 kids, as she had 6 already. And she's single. And she lives with her mom. And she's on welfare. And her doctor implanted 8 embryos. WTH? This story stinks to high heaven. Something tells me we haven't heard the end of this.

Nestor said...

Is that right? The story I read said her husband was about to go to Iraq. (as a contractor) But I guess it could have meant her father as the story also talked about her mother. But the way it was worded led the reader to believe that her husband was going to Iraq. But I heard it on CNN so it's only *HEAR SAY*.

Linda said...

I'm not sure if it's right. I thought that's what the newscaster said, but I'll try and find out the TRUTH! Cuz we're truth seekers, dontcha know.

Linda said...

Doesn't sound like anyone knows anything about the father of the kids. The man goin to Iraq is the babies' grandfather. This is a really odd story.

Hey, Jeremy Battier just called D and he mentioned he was drivin in Houston on his way to meet the Rockets' GM for dinner. I know this is a "so what?" comment, but the Rockets don't come up very often in this house.

RecknHavic said...

It's the grandfather. Hey, I watch fluff news too.

That's strange, I'da thought the Rockets would be a constant topic of discussion.

Reck,

Is Neil Young a scientologist? Maybe he thinks that humans will be the 'Thetans' for another planet.

RecknHavic said...

Possibly. Tho he may mean be referin to man-made global warmin...on Mars!

Went and saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button tonight. What a movie. It's sort of Forrest Gumpish in that it's the life story of this guy (who ages backwards). Obviously you know there's no happy ending there, but I still cried at the end. It was really long...2 1/2 hours. Really good, I thought.

Nestor said...

So does he turn into a baby at the end?

Linda said...

Yes, he does.

Linda said...

Oh Reck, I watched The Searchers today. Wasn't that one you said I should check out? I caught it late, but it was good.

Nestor said...

It must have been interesting, his mom giving birth to a 150 lb. 100 year old man.

Linda said...

He was a baby when he was born, too, but he had arthritis, wrinkly, hard of hearing, etc. Supposed to physically be about 80.

Linda said...

Stan,
In case you stop by here, I can't get to your site. I get DomainsNed.com. instead. ??
Just thought I'd let ya know.

Nestor said...

Yeah,

I had that problem, I'd imagine Stan would have noticed that too, so I didn't mention it.

Well the movie sounds like a great rental.

Nestor said...

Speaking of rentals, we rented Tropic Thunder. It was pretty good. The language was crude, but that was expected. It had it's moments that were funny, but it had a half-way decent story line.

Plus, as I heard, Tom Cruise probably had the best performance in the movie. But the rest of the guys were all pretty good. One thing that kind of rubbed me the wrong way was the Public Service Announcement in the Special Features. I guess they made the Down Syndrome advocates angry, oh well.

I still need to rent 'Expelled', but I didn't see it at Blockbuster, and I also want to rent 'Fireproof'.

Linda, yeah. I forgot to renew my domain. My blog's back up now.

ThanX for the info.

Stan Rosenthal said...

Yous guys, there's no WAY that Neil Young is a Scientologist. He's not into fake religions.

Linda said...

I thought parts of Tropic Thunder were really funny. Did you know Robert Downey Jr. is up for an Oscar for that? Sort of a big deal, cuz blatant comedies like that don't often get recognized. He was hilarious. Didn't see the PSA.

RecknHavic said...

The Searchers, eh? Ok, guessn I'll hafta send ya a dif movie now. Wat to go..

Haven't seen Trop Thundr, but want to.

Lazy day here, we overslept & it fells great! Can't remember gettn this much shut eye in awhile.

Any plans for the big gm anyone. We're gonna grill & chill. Pulln for the under dog, tho Steelers will prob win it.

Linda said...

We're watchin Zorro the Gay Blade. Taped it off cable. Boys are still w/ gparents..gotta pick em up soon. D's stuffin jalepenos and we're orderin pizza for the big game. Too bad I don't really care who wins. We do have friends in AZ, so that would be nice I guess.

Occasionally an infomercial will catch my eye and I actually consider buying the product. (Think Sham Wow!.)
The Egg Genie? Not so much.
