Whoa, whoa, whoa... apparently the U.S. Strategic Command, which tracks satellite debris, said that that Texas fireball was NOT debris from the colliding satellites. NOW we're talkin!!
I think they learned their lesson from Roswell and knew better than the give the public the lame explanation of satellites. In 1947 it's a weather balloon, in 2009 it's satellites. Whatever, government!
Spaghetti and meatballs...made em, ate em and cleaned em up...all while wearing a white turtleneck under a white vest. My show of forethought is asTOUNDing.
I was looking on line into the possibility of getting a guided tour through the White House. It said you can't bring guns, ammunition, fireworks, electric stun guns, mace, martial arts weapons/devices, or knives of any size on the tour. Forget it.
B was playing with that 20 Questions game today and he leans over to me and whispers that the word he's thinking of is "tank". I told him he didn't have to whisper, it can't hear him. He looks down at it and goes, "oh yeah. It's turned off." :)
Speaking of Palin...any thoughts on the Bristol interview w/ Gretta? I'm not quite sure I get the point of it really. It sounded like her point was that she wanted to be out there tellin girls they should wait and not be teen moms. Well, yeah. Most teenagers aren't trying to get pregnant, I don't think.
It was interesting that she said abstinence only education "is unrealistic". I think it's only unrealistic if that's ALL your teaching. I can't imagine keeping from a kid facts about contraception..that doesn't seem horribly responsible to me. (Oh oh...I'm not opening up a can of worms here, am I?)

Riigghtt. I think this is the US Strategic Command saying; "Move along! Nothing to see here!"

It might be related to the recent strange behavior of Joaquin Phoenix.
Why's everybody laughing?
Man, what the heck happened to poor Joaquin? Bizarre.
(nice spelling, Havic.)
I'm gettin all excited for Oscar Sunday!!! I sent out my email for Oscar pool participants and now I've got butterflies.
Have you seen all of the movies? I know you saw #5 before #4 anyhow.
I saw 4 of them. I never got to see The Reader. Doesn't have a chance, tho, so I'll live.
A movie..called The Reader...
Seriously?
I'll admit it, first try came up w/ Walking Phoenix. Had to look it up.
Of course I'm serious.
Walking Pheonix! Ha! That's funny.

Tho, I don't know, it IS a clever machine.
Yes, they're happy (I said THEY'RE)!
Stimulus bill passed today!! WoHoo!!!
Meanwhile, the S&P hit it's lowest mark in five yrs.
Let em eat cake!
Can you wear a McCain/Palin shirt on the tour?
I believe anything w/ McCain on it is fine; it's the Palin stuff they might have a problem w/.
That & anything Jindal.

You opened that can with a sledgehammer Lin. I'll comment later.
Eeeek! What did I get myself into?
(I don't like the way he said "sledgehammer"...)
W/ all of the "celebrity" young single moms poppin up, that interview seems timely (tho I didn't see it).
Lost in one anda half hours.
I'm just sayn...
Ok, kids are tucked in..time to get lost w/ Lost.
I really liked that episode. It actually made sense! That note Jack got from Locke is what Reck's last email is gonna be to me.
