Here's the deal. This year, the Glenn Beck Common Sense Comedy Tour will be simulcast to more than 450 movie theaters nationwide live on Thursday, June 4th. It'll be in a theater near you...I however will be seeing it in a theater near me. I think you Texans should get tickets to see it. It'll be like we're all going together! (With the advantage to you of not having to sit next to me while a clap wildly and gush.) Sure it's 20 bucks a pop, but it's Glenn...and c'mon...
he's worth it.

Nice job on the monitor tape.
Twenty bucks is pretty steep, we'll think about it.
I know it's not cheap..BUT if you think about it, a movie at night is up to..what? $8.00 now? So really you're only payin 24 more dollars. Sooo.. if you pop your own popcorn and stash it and a bottle of water in S's over sized bag, and you sell a bar stool, you've made up the difference!
There! You're all set!
Back when I was a kid, part of the fun in going to the movies was sneaking soda and snacks into the theatre. But when it's 20 outside, nobody questions you wearing a hoodie and a big jacket. In Texas, that ain't gonna happen.
I am seriously considering it though. When is it?
June 4th...it's a Thursday.
Good point on the big clothes.
Air Force One flying low over NY really ticks me off. Idiots.
I posted about that on CNN the other day. I'm just glad that no one died from being trampled or falling down a flight of stairs or something like that. I would like to know who is really responsible for that. Who gave the go ahead and said this is a good idea?
I'm hoping Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe and Meghan McCain go over to the Democrat party too. Who's with me?
Isn't M. McCain already a democrat? Sheesh! I don't know who the other 2 are.
Yeah, I doubt we're ever gonna know the truth about that flyover. Maybe we will. I shouldn't be so jaded.
The other two are the RINO senators from Maine. They were the other two senators who voted with Specter for the porkulus bill. It's awesome that Specter was getting so trounced in the polls that he had to change parties. I'll bet he still loses though. It'd be funny if he loses the Democrat primary.
Tony'd call that "karma". He's big into it.
K...little pop culture break.
Reck, who does S like in American Idol? I'm between Danny and Adam. I don't love Adam's look, but the voice you can't deny. He reminds me of Ian Gillan..former lead singer for Deep Purple and did JC Superstar soundtrack. Sounds JUST like him to me. Either one of them would make me happy. Winning..either one of them winning.
"and you sell a bar stool," Ok, THAT was funny!
Specter left the right along time ago imo.
Rockets down 7 at the half. Yoa's taken 3 shots. GET...THE MAN... THE BALL!!
Just saw the fly over on the news. What bone heads.
Geez, they just closed 2 more school districts near here due to the swine flu. Better to err on the side of caution I suppose.
If I start squealin I'm headin to the doctors.
Rockets lose gm 5, gm 6 thurs nite in H-town.
Trabajo manana (a whole days worth, wohoo!).
gn.
Couldn't get that game last night, so I watched taped DC. Holy moly..depressing! If you haven't seen it yet, bring your box o kleenex.
Rangers are out thanx to Federov I heard. Bummer ending, Nestor.
The media talking about the "approval rating" of Michelle Obama's first 100 days is bothersome. I wouldn't know how to voice an opinion on that. What..she planted a garden so I approve? She wore a cardigan to meet the queen...stamp her disapproved?
I guess I'd like to see her job description, cuz without out one we're just judging HER and not how well she's doing her job. Frankly, I think there's a fine line there, if there's a line at all, and it makes me uncomfortable.
I saw it; yes, it was sad.
Re: approval ratings. I love how the press is hypen this. Barak has an approval ratin of 63%; compared to Bush's first 100 days approval ratin of 65% (mind you Bush was comin out of a disputed election).
And Mrs O. I actually heard the Hillary comparison, "maybe she's too smart and strong of a women to be really well liked." Not that she's not either of those; it's just that you never heard that said about Laura, Barbara or Nancy.
Hey, if I sell BOTH bar stools, I could actually MAKE some money off this whole GB comedy thing!
Maybe it's the terminology that bothers me. If the poll said "is she likable" or something, maybe I'd feel differently. But "approval" requires a judgement, and like I said before what are people judging? Her or her job? I'm gonna have to google what's being judged.
I get what you're saying, but Hill and M.O. seem really diff from the repub ladies you named. They were more demure...strong in their own ways, but you know what I mean. Like if I were in a bar fight..I'd sooner take on Laura than Michelle.
Ha! Can you imagine sellin those stools now after all you went through?!
I have no idea what demure means, but ok.
I think it's all perception; Hillary standin by a habitual cheatn husband does not translate to strength to me. Mickele havin, basically, an appointed job at a hospital does not appear self reliant, or independent to me.
Jackie O. was portrayed as the ultimate First Lady; yet she was more like Barbara Bush than Hillary Clinton. It's all about the ideology of the First family. Liberal=smart, talented, independent; conservative=uninterested, drab, clingy; in the eyes of the press.
Dang, my client just cancelled work for today; don't want me trackin in mud into their house. It figures, it finally rains & it messes up an INTERIOR job.
Manana...manana...
Alright, but you're choosing certain examples of HC and MO that point out your perception of lack of strength. You have to look at everything they do. Neither of these ladies strike me as weak.
I think what feeds the perception is outspokeness. I think women are seen as stronger when they're more visible, involved, voicing opinions. LOUD. Like, Cindy McCain seemed like a fragile, quiet thing...could be confused with weakness.
Not to mention that times they are a changin. A first lady who was a fashion icon, but demure may have been looked on more favorably in Kennedy's day. Now we like em to be movers and shakers.
And actually Laura Bush had really high approval ratings..in the 80%s, where Hillary was in the 60%s.
Demure..."reserved" would probably be close.
I'm way off topic from my original gripe.
Sorry bout the job. Seems kinda wimpy if you ask me. Tracking mud in? Unless they know you already, then I get it.
"Unless they know you already, then I get it.'
They do, wise arse.
I hear ya, but I don't recall Laura bein on the cover of Vogue Mag or many others. Which, actually to me, is a good thing. I just think that stay-at-home moms get a bad rap.
That was a pretty big leap from first ladies to stay at home moms...but because I am one and you're a proponent, I'll let it go.
Actually tho, I find they/we don't get a bad rap until the youngest is 5. Then...your job is done. Go get a job. Admittedly, I struggle with this a little.
We've got itty bitty baby leaves on the trees!
I'm starvin..
Did I mention I took T out to that YMCA camp? Oh my gosh..he LOVED it. It was cool..we took a hayride around the whole camp, saw the sleeping quarters, etc.
Sort of interesting...the sleeping quarters are pretty big, they house a bunch of kids. There is always 2 counselors sleeping in each "cabin" and if a kid has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (separate building) the kid has to wake the counselor to go with him AND they take another kid. So...the counselor is never "alone" with a kid, and the kids aren't alone without a counselor around. This I like. That's really my only concern about sending him overnight. And the sleeping quarters for the girls are across the lake, and they separate the older boys from the younger.
Anyway, we're gonna let him do the week thing as opposed to the day camp. I did have to talk to someone about his heights issue. He's got a big one, and there's all these really great things like the huge climbing wall, zip line, water slide, etc. that I'm pretty sure he won't do. Just asked how they handle that if the kids don't wanna do it. They said they try to get them to do as much as they can, but they don't "make" em go further than they're comfortable. That's pretty much what I do, too.
So, that'll be exciting/weird/a little stressful for me/good for him.
That's a pretty big step. You must be proud a him wantin to do it. Is it far away and do you get "visits"? If he likes it you aughta consider scoutin. You'll probably be more nervous than he is:)
So..whatga eat?
Now I'm hungry.
I am proud of him...it's a very independent move. Doesn't even care if he goes with a friend. Says he'll just make friends there.
It's about 40 min from here. No visits that I know of. Do you mean Boy Scouts? I've told him he'd really like it, but he doesn't wanna join. I think he's..I can't explain it. Oh yes, the nerves are mine.
I had...tomato soup and chicken salad on toasted rye. Quite good!
I love how when you use the spell check and you don't have any mistakes, it says "No spelling errors were identified!" The explanation point makes you feel all good about yourself. I realize you've probably never seen that message, but trust me.
That message is tattooed on my brain.
No, I meant Talent Scouts.
Yes...Boy Scouts.
I had a big freakin pork loin sandwich and a bag a funyuns. W/ lite miracle whip of course.
oh my gosh..all three of those paragraphs made me laugh out loud!
"No, I meant Talent Scouts.
Yes...Boy Scouts."
Now who's the wise arse? That really struck my funny bone..ahhh..I needed that.
Do you realize I'm STILL using those kitchen garbage bags with the screwed up drawstring holes?! Bulk at Costco has it's setbacks.
So B says kids tell him he has an accent. I told him it's cuz he doesn't have his "r"s yet. Tryin to get him into speech, but they're wanting to call it developmental. It is..but he's 7 1/2 and showing no signs of getting it on his own. I may have to get tough. I'd like him to have some instruction before summer comes so we can work on it before second grade. Worse case scenario, I could probably teach him myself, but it's been 20 years since I learned that stuff and I'm thinkin there may have been some progress in this area since then.
You can do it.
Yes, buyn in bulk does have it's disadvantages. Course you coulda just taken em back for some that worked right.
See, I didn't think of that. Where you were you 4 months ago when I bought the box from hell? Sorry...*.
"Prostitution doesn't define me..it's a part of my life. It's not everything". Gotta love the Oprah show. People really oughtta stop judging.
Guess I'll be turning on Neil Cavuto when the boys walk in!
Aw poop. Governor press conference tellin us we got ourselves the Swine Flu, too! Now they're calling it the "H1N1 virus". I wonder what was wrong with calling it the "swine flu"?
They probably don't want people making bad jokes about squealing and rolling around in mud.
Who'd do that?
B's going through this thing where he says "YESSS!" a lot. But over really silly stuff...we were in the library tonight and there was a drinking fountain and he goes, "can I get a drink?" I say sure and he goes, "YESSS!"
Lol..what the heck?
That's pretty funny! Kinda a like Joey from Friends doin the quotation marks sign when speakin, but on the wrong words.
Lookin forward to Lost tonite. After, of course, Obama's twentieth news conf.
He just did it again over a cup of crushed ice. It makes me chuckle.
That was funny..I barely remember that one.
We were at the library and I asked the librarian where we could find Star Wars books and she goes, "fiction or non fiction?". That stumped me for a minute.
Oy. Seriously? Another one?
Did she think you were talkin about SDI?
Man, this Obama guy does not shut up. We got it, wash your hands to avoid the flu.
Question: Would you support torture under some circumstances to gain info from a "detainee"?
He just said "I don't wanna create a straw man". Stan would be proud.
No, if you think about it there are books about Star Wars that are non-fiction. Like about the ships and people and stuff. Heck, B's got a SW encyclopedia! Then there are SW stories. I know, I was confused for a minute, too.
Are you asking me that question or are you talking about the press conference?
That was a very cool episode! I don't think I could give up on this show if I wanted to, cuz I gotta see how they wrap this up. Next year, I think.
The press conf.
Yep, I'm gonna stick it out till the bitter end. It better not be a "it never happened" endin tho. THAT would tick me off.
I don't think they'd dare. I'd like you to address my email before you crash if you don't mind. It'll bug me.
Ha...too late me thinks!
gn!
I forgot to vote on the CNN thing. Was voting open for like 2 hours or something? I got home from work, took a nap, ate dinner and went to church. When I got home, it had closed out. I didn't get a chance to vote the "F" Straight Ticket.
Are you talking about the approval rating thing, Nestor? I didn't know CNN had an online poll you could take.
Gonna be a rainy one here today. Pretty much all day they're saying. Remember that girl who stood me up a couple weeks ago? Asked me over this afternoon w/ another girl from h.s. She said I could say I'll be there and just not show up if I want. ha. Anyway, that should be pretty fun.
Ok Reck, here's something for you to figure out..I've googled it and can't find anything:
In one of Steve Martin's stand ups, he ends something with "..I often dooo." I wanna say it was about drinking alone. My brother thinks it may have been part of his 'I only smoke in the evening, at dusk, at dawn..' etc. See what you can doooo, would ya?
I voted in that poll. Gave em a D. Hey, he's likeable.
HA! I remember the smokin bit. Do not remember the "I often dooo" one tho. Sorry.
Rockets...8:30....gm 6....tonite...YEEEESSSS!
I think the Wings play the Ducks tonight too. Ducks. Gimme a break.
Dang it. I was hoping you'd know that. I don't know how I'm gonna find that out. It's been buggin me.
"I used to smoke marijuana. But I'll tell you something: I would only smoke it in the late evening. Oh, occasionally the early evening, but usually the late evening - or the mid-evening. Just the early evening, midevening and late evening. Occasionally, early afternoon, early mid-afternoon, or perhaps the late-midafternoon. Oh, sometimes the early-mid-late-early morning. . . But never at dusk! Never at dusk, I would never do that."
I was tellin D the other day that I think Hitler would be really happy if he knew how often his name came up.
A couple days after I said that, there was this link to an article on Yahoo news (homepage) that read "10 Celebrities That Share a Birthday with Hitler!". I kid you not.
I remember that bit now. Very funny!
You should try & findya "Cruel Shoes". Tho in the past I may recall you sayn you've read it. Funny SM book w/short stories like:"The Day the Dopes Came Over"; "Cows In Trouble" & "How To Fold Soup"
Excerpt from "Women Without Bones" (Or Humanus de filet) "..practically disregarded by ethnologists because of their poor posture. We look forward to the day when scientists answer the questions:'What time is it?' and "Why no bones?'"
Let me just clarify that SM stands for Steve Martin. What w/ the title, thought I'd better mention that.
Thanks for clarifying that Reck.
I don't think I've read that. We used to listen to the comedy LPs back in the day.
Picks for tnite:
D: Steven rew, JT, Sierra out
L: JT, Stephen, Coach out
Our picks...
R- Steven rew; JT imm; Coach out
S- Sierra rew, JT imm; Coach out
Ooooh Summer! I like it! Pickin Sierra to win reward...very nervy, but very possible!
Man this freakin rain is relentless. And it's darn chilly. Trying to not turn the heat on. Need socks.
Heat on. So are socks.
Golly..I never posted the scores for last week! I'm not sure how you made it through the week w/out that vital information, so here ya go:
original draft:
R:34
S:37
D: 27
L:42
New and improved draft!
R: 2
S: 0 (sorry kiddo...Steven was sent to exile.)
D: 2
L: 1 (bye bye Tyson!)
Shocked by the vote. thinkn JT & Steve out-thought themselves this time.
Stupid Celtics/Bulls goin into OT. How are our Wings doin?
Did you hook up w/ your buddies today? Was it today? What day is this?
Yeah, I tend to agree with you about them outthinking that vote.
My bad..Wings series starts tomorrow.
Yeah, it was today. I'll shoot you an email.
Unbelievable; Boaston/Chicago goin into THIRD OT. Gonna miss the entire first half of the Rockets gm.
Jiminy...3rd overtime???
Ha...didn't see that post till I posted mine.
Rockets up 18 goin into the 4th.
Beat LA! Beat LA! Beat LA!
Rockets outta the first round; first time since Dream left.
Go Rockets!!
Wow..beat em handily ,too!
Yep.
Next round's gonna be alittle tougher.
Gotta hit it so i can hit em manana.
Go Wings!!
I so want to see "Octomom, The Musical."
Have a good weekend yall. I'm off to experience 3 days of utter frustration.
God bless!
Linda,
Glenn went on the attack against the word "snarky" today.
WHAT? That's a darn good word. What did he say?
He basically said that he hated the word and can't stand when people use it. I think it's mostly the MSM's overuse of the word.
Hmm. Good to know. Next time I see him and inevitably, awkwardly declare my love for him, I'll remember not to throw in the word "snarky".
Instead of taking the boys to see Monsters vs. Aliens today, I took em grocery shopping...which makes me the best mom EVER. I also took em to Crazy Carl's Video. D tipped me off to it, which concerned me at first, not knowing exactly how crazy Carl was. But it turns out the prices of the movies were pretty good.
Check it: 2 Wii movies for one night, one movie for one night, and one movie for 5 nights for
$12.00! I know, it's no Redbox, but the closest to me is at the Meijers, which is not close. Then you gotta park in the ginormous parking lot and walk across all those yellow parking lines just to get into the store. I have to be feelin really cheap for that.
Movies that aren't new releases are $1.75 for 5 days, so I'm going back for Citizen Kane soon. Got myself Swing Vote w/ Kevin Costner.
Wings game goin into OT.
I'm researching new cell phones. It'll be hard to part with my pink RAZR, but my contract has been up for 6 months, making me eligible for a new one, and I need some excitement!
2nd OT. Good thing I'm not a nail biter, they'd be gone.
Is it movies or gms on the Wii. Whichever sounds like a sweet deal.
Did they win?
Rockets manana nite, late.
Hey, welcome back! How was it?
games on the Wii. Yeah, I thought it was good, too!
We lost in the 3rd overtime. bummer. Next 2 games are tues and thurs. at 10:30. Lotsa tired Detroiters this week.
Here's some fun news! We're getting a storm door for the front door on Thurs! Very excited. I've wanted one for a long time. Now I can leave the front door open and use the glass storm. It'll be nice with all the kids coming and going, not having the door slamming all the time. And I can watch Roxie without peeking through the glass inlet bit along the side. Hooray!
Those are handy.
Bummer about the Wings. Next gm...next gm...
For some strange reason we don't get those gms here.
It was alotta fun. Didn't play as well as I'da hoped (but I never really do). Lost 12 bucks.
Now I'm tired, sore & sunburned.
Really great bein able to hang out w/ my dad for a weekend; just the two of us.
Always good to be home tho.
Ahhh...home.
Sounds like hangin w/ the boys was fun for you. Special times those.
It was nice..they're so freakin cute I can hardly stand it. B said last night that he wished he could just hug me all the time. At night...at school...and then "even when you're in the grave..until you turn into a skeleton and then 'AAAAHHGGG!!'" ha.
Glad you had a good time with your dad. That's a lot of golf!
Wow..school closings flashing along the bottom of the tv due to the flu thing. That's not cool.
That IS pretty pretty beat thing to hear.& funny too!
It was too much golf
I guess they figure better safe than sorry. Maybe there's not enough abnti-virals right now or somethin.
who knows.
You sound tired. Can only imagine how your dad feels! Maybe next time you should skip a day and hang out by a hotel pool. :)
I was tired. Still am alittle, but it's back to reality...opps there goes gravity.
Hmmm. Went phone shopping. Not sure what to do.
You might consider BUYN one.
Very funny. I'm researching the Samsung Trace. I think that's what it's called.
B made up a "song", and asked if he should do it for his teacher. It starts like this, "Everybody clap your hands..ok, now that you've got the clap, stomp your feet!" Is it wrong that I started laughing at this point? The clap..lol. YES, I think he should do this for his teacher.
No, it's Trance, not Trace. It's a slider not a flip. Can't seem to find regular folk reviews on it though.
OMG! I almost fell on the floor on that one. S still gigglin.
Thankfully D doesn't get it.
That kid a yours...
Our Rockets up 3 at half btw.
Ok, Yao goin down holdin his knee scared the CR*P outta me. But what a stud, shook it off & came back in.
Rockets win!
I saw a headline that said Yao & Pau. It reminded me of "Oprah, Uma"
The clap. HA! Kids say the darndest things.
I thought the announcers were awfully dismissive after it ended. Something like 'the Lakers are gonna come back all charged up..we'll see if the Rockets can hold em then'. Did the Lakers play especially poorly or something? Cuz if they didn't, I thought that was pretty crummy of them. Downplaying it and all.
Actually, we match up pretty well against the lakers. This gm was like the regular season gms w/ LA this yr, only we didn't collapse in the 4th.
Rockets in 6.
"Who's watchin the Wings game?! Who..who who who-who?"
Is it on a major network? Seriously, I'll watch it.
Not on network. Might be on Versus. We've got in on Fox Sports.
We didn't get it here.
It WAS kazoos btw.
Ok, I should really be asleep, gn.
We lost last night. Down in the series 1-2. Ruh roh.
Somethin's gotta give..I can't do both Rockets and Wings when they both start after I should be in bed. I'm so freakin tired right now.
You do the Wings, I'll cover the Rockets & we'll do both when they're in the championship :)
Supposed to get up to 98 next 3 days, but thankfully cools down this weekend w/ highs in the mid 90s.
Ahhh...May.
Ok, deal.
Wow, that's steamy! Good thing for cooldowns! We've had pretty nice May weather. Last few days we've topped out around 70 with sun. Our rain's comin back tomorrow.
We get 70s too...at nite.
Ok, that goal shoulda counted.
But, the Ducks might be in trouble losin Wisniewski; he's a good defender.
Ha..gotta love the internet. I don't like being down in the series.
Now I'm 7 days behind. The rents are comin out to take us to dinner cuz D's got golf.
Whatya mean? I'm a HUGE hockey fan! Especially icing, I looove icing.
Where'r yall goin? Let me guess, it's NOT seafood. Yall should try & find a good chicken fried steak.
We went to Ram's Horn. Do you have those there? Had a very good burger w/ shrooms.
No. But I love me a shroom burger w/ swiss cheese.
Did you skip the fries or did you go for it?
Oh I went for it. Only thing I had today tho, besides some pretzels for breakfast. I know..I've gotta work on it.
And my dad under-tipped. I hate that..but I feel like if I throw an extra buck on the table it's sorta undermining his judgement. I could and have done it w/out him seeing, but I didn't get the chance today. It wasn't horrible, just not as much as I woulda left.
Dang it..forgot to get a flower for the kids' teachers when we were out. Darn teacher appreciation week. Now I gotta go to the grocery...where they sell..golden oreos.
omg...Locke in the woods by the plane...COOL!!!
Ram's Horn? Sounds good. In WA there was this place called "The Ram". It was pretty good. They had a 16 oz. burger there. One day I said; "Well I can eat a 16 oz. steak, why not a 16 oz. burger?" Let's just say I left "The Ram" looking rather "sheepish".
I understand about undertipping. I really try to tip well. I've noticed though, since the "economic downturn" the service we've gotten has been pretty substandard. I really like to tip well...if the service is good. But it's mostly been poor to average. We used to get average to good service in the past.
My theory is that a lot of customers are tipping less, (because of the economy) so waiters and waitresses are providing substandard service. Then, when they get someone like me who would give them a good tip if they provided good service, they get a mediocre tip for mediocre service.
The right amount tip is important. Good service deserves a decent tip. Poor service, little or none.
I've noticed the opposite lately; we've gotten better than normal waiters & waitresses.
Course at Jim's, they're always great :)
Yes, Lost was awesome!
Ok, the gm.
For those who missed it, there were a ttl of 10 technicals and 2 ejections. Derek Fisher will probably get a one gm suspension for the flagrant against Scola.
The Lakers gotta lotta talent. BUT, unlike the Magic-led Showtime bunch, these Kobe-led Lakers should be known as Showoff. I mean come on, Bryant gets a T for tauntin? That would never happen to Magic or Jordan or others greats.
Next one in Houston's gonna be a slug fest...literally.
I just watched the recap on espn. Looked entertaining to say the least. I just saw the first quarter. Kobe looked on fire.
Hmmm..tippin. I pretty much always tip decently. Maybe cuz I waited tables..and probably wasn't the best at it. I usually give em a pass and think the service could be because of the cooks, etc. Basically I make excuses for em. If they're not blatently unpleasant, they get 15%. Above and beyond get 20.
Speaking of service..I just called our tv cable company. I told her I'm having problems with the picture pixilating, and she goes, "uh huh..."
Yeah. Isn't that all I really need to say? At that point she shoulda said, 'ok, let's see what we can do'. Instead I'm forced to continue, so I say, "..aaand..I'd like to...know..WHY." ha! I swear.
This is a bizarre article about Coach on Survivor...
http://www.realityblurred.com/realitytv/archives/survivor_tocantins/2009_Feb_19_ben_wade_fired
Alright, time for pickaroos..
Fyi..I don't believe there'll be a reward challenge tonight cuz it's the auction episode, but we picked em anyway just in case.
Oh, and I question D's commitment to this draft. He's still calling it an "award", not "reward". In his defense, we've only been watching it for 16 seasons.
Ok,
D: JT to win award, Stephen imm, Debra out.
L: Taj, Stephen, Coach.
I keep guessing Coach. He's gotta lose eventually, right? RIGHT??!!
Go home Coach!!!!!!
Go home Coach!!!!!!
S Rew- Taj
Imm- Steven
Out- Coach please!
I didnt copy I promise
R Rew- JT
Imm- JT
Out- Taj
I just read the Coach article, he is a freak, really.
Lol...I KNOW! Weird, right? He's gotta go. It's time.
Yall watched it yet?
Just finished! Coach lives to see another day! Unbelievable.
That was a good one. Woulda been better if the warrior left, but hey. I like the home visits..very warm and fuzzy. Not sure how much Taj sacrificed goin to exile, tho! Sounded like a luxury to me. Tho I guess they don't really have food, do they?
Wings win 6-3. Now we're 2-2 in the series. Time for bed!
Say Reck! You might be related to the hobbit after all! They even have small brains!
(ok, that last bit was unnecessary, but it was too easy not to throw in there.)
http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20090507/sc_afp/scienceanthropologyindonesiahobbits
Well, you're rite about my brain size. But, since evolution is bogus , I assume these were probably chimps or aliens.
Way to go Wings. can I call em or can I call em.
Rockets tonite. Go Rockets!!
Ha...aliens.
Yep! You can call em! Next gm Sunday at 5. We're probably stayin up north and comin home Monday. Haven't watched a gm w/ my bro in a long time..should be fun.
What a beautiful start to the day! Sunny and 56..hittin 74. Perfect!
I'm just gonna go ahead and say it.
I don't think the Backstreet Boys should have come back to tour.
Ok, we're takin off. Have a nice weekend all..enjoy MD.
Drive safely yall.
A pleasant 99 here rite now. But it's a DRY 99 :)
Go Rockets!!
Go Wings!!
It actually was fairly dry today. It beats the oppressive humidity we've had lately.
Nice win for the Wings, now up 3 to 2. Gonna close ou the Ducks next gm.
Atleast it SOUNDS like I know what the heck I'm talkin about.
Go Wings!
It was a nice win. We'll take it. What's today? Right, so next gm is Tues.
I got a blister on Mother's Day. I don't think that's right.
