I was gonna make a joke here, but then I thought about it before I printed it.

The clothes feignin excitment thing is great; gonna teach Lil S that.

Your bro's as dorky as you are.

Is D still in that chair?

Thinking is good, Stan. Glad you came by and hope you have a great new year!

Thanks, Reck! Oh, he's far dorkier. D wishes he were in that chair still..but he's quite happy with the recliner we got him. He now has the best seat in the house.

You all have a happy new year, too. I'll be back on Saturday to hear about the bashes on new years eve...Texas style!

RecknHavic said...

No bashes. S's got the flu & I may have strep.

Yeah, we're party'rs.

HNY, everybody!

Happy New Decade Stan & e1!

Stan Rosenthal said...

Reck, the new decade doesn't start until a year from now.

The first year was 1, the last year of the first decade was 10. So the 2nd. decade started Jan. 1, 11.

Stan, the *NEW* decade started at 12:00:01 today. When counting to 10, you don't start at 1, you begin at 0; 1 bein the first (completed) number. the first second of 2010 signals the *END* of a decade.

Now, I realize the liberal math you use differs (ie. insurin the uninsured will bring *DOWN* the deficit); but in the real world, things add *UP*.

As I said, the 1st year was year one.

Anyhow, where I am wrong, is if it ends up being a tiebreaker between the Texans and the Steelers. In actuality, if all 3 of the teams we need 2 out of 3 to lose lose, and the Texans and the Steelers both win, then the Steelers go in over us.

It could be a very interesting Sunday this Sunday ...

Ok, studying it a bit more, I was wrong about being wrong.

If that scenario I mentioned happens (the 3 teams we need 2 out of 3 losing lose and both the Texans and the Steelers win), then both the Texans and the Steelers are the wild cards.

Whilst even though he's been brain dead ever since he started his radio show, best of wishes to the "White Limbaugh" (tm) for a speedy recovery.

Nice a you to wish El Rushbo a quick recovery Stan.

happy 2nd day of the new decade.

Go....Gunslingers...er...Bandits...uh....Oilers.....cr*p....go..Houston pro football team!

Alas, it's not working out 4 us. Nice to be in it until the last game of the season (not including us), but I guess at least we don't have to fear next week.

It seems there are many match ups coming into the wild cards that were today, and if I were Cincy, Philly, and maybe a couple of more, I'd be worried.

Too bad that it's not us that Cincy's worried about, though.

I don't recall if I wished "Bleck" (tm) a speedy recovery when he had his asshole surgery (what we in the business call (for folk like "Bleck") "Brain Salad Surgery)), I think it was a success? I mean, "Bleck"'s still an asshole.

Stan Rosenthal said...

(yeah I know, Linda. "But he's a cute asshole!". Right???? ;-) )

Linda said...

Lol...that's right, Stan! Now you've got it! :)

Stan Rosenthal said...

Yeah, but what I don't get is Y Reck and Nestor as so into "Bleck" (tm). Is it that Reck and Nestor are gay? ;-)
