I waited a month for Giant to send this to the bike shop. Most girl bikes are smalls..I needed a medium, so I had to order it. I blame short women everywhere for my wait.
The thing about believing in God is that eventually you will make a deal with him, and if you break that deal, you feel crappy. If you don't believe in God, you just let the chips fall where they may. You can say 'well don't go back on the deal', but whatever you bargain with is gonna be something fairly substantial or it wouldn't be worth bargaining with, increasing the odds of you failing to live up to your end.
There shouldn't be a reason to calculate a wind chill factor in mid May. Having said that, it's 38..and raining..with winds from 18-22 mph. I was gonna go grocery shopping today but I decided we don't need to eat that badly.
Oh! Big time thunder today. Need to go food shopping, so guess I'm doing it in the rain. I'm sure pushing that metal cart through the parking lot between thunder bolts is no biggie.
If you tell your kids to do something and they don't do it, do you love them any less? God does discipline his children, but that doesn't mean he doesn't love them, it means he does. But if a child refuses to acknowledge his parents, he will likely be cut off from any inheritance, even though the parents DO love him. If a child does their best to please their parents and follow the rules of the home, the parents don't love the child who obeys any more than the one who disobeys, but the child who obeys WILL receive an inheritance.
If one lives their life following God, they will slip up, it is a side effect of free will. But when one constantly strives to live according to God's laws, he is seen as perfect in God's sight. God sees all Christians (true Christians) through the blood of Christ, which washes away all sins, and even though he knows of a true disciple's imperfection, he doesn't acknowledge it because Christ makes up the difference for our failures, IF we truly try to live according to his will.
