Lol..right! Ironically, there's been emails from neighbors wanting to find this idiot cuz he did some lawn jobs, apparently. Guess who has a picture of the license plate?
I ran into a neighbor when I went out for the pic. He said he checked to make sure no one was hurt inside. I was like, 'oh wow..that's really nice, I didn't think of that..I just took a picture.' (I'm the Tin Man!!)
I'm thinkin he kinda rolllled out of the car, and didn't bother with the door.
