What happened to the comments on this thread?

Stan Rosenthal said...

I think you should be asking what happened to your TH blog. I think your comment @ May 19, 2011 11:08 PM was the first in this thread.

I've no idea what's goin on. I couldn't remember any posts bein here either but look! There's one!

Stan Rosenthal said...

Now there's 4 earlier ones. But looking @ what ya'll are talking about, it was just as good without those 4 comments. ;-)

Lol..fair enough!

RecknHavic said...

I think our earlier comments were raptured away.

Speaking of *WITCH* ;-) , I thought the world was to be over by now.

I was hoping it was real, 'cause the world would be better off with the fake Christians floating around (instead of actually being here on Earth.)

What restaurant is this?

Leo's Coney Island. Check it!

RecknHavic said...

Yall and your coney islands!

Ok,this makes no sense, shouldn't it be JUST coneys? It's more of a Jim's by the looks of it, minus all the Greek, pitas and funny sounded things.
Where's the chicken fried steak? Grits maybe?
Mmmm...philly steak, THAT I wanna try!

Ok,i'm hungry now...

RecknHavic said...

Saganaki “Opa”
yeah...I'm gettin that...

I'll have the Mousaka, hold the opa.

Ok, is that rice and re-fried beans w/the marinated chicken?

This menu fascinates me...

Linda said...

Lol..welcome to Michigan!! Yeah, I tried to explain it to you..it's not all greek food, it's like a diner. They usually have a big variety. I love "Opa". The kids don't so I don't get it much. I know rice is huge with Greek food. Not sure I saw refried beans, but I guess it's possible. The soup is almost always Lemon Rice in these places, too. I've no idea why we have so many, but we do..they're everywhere. My fav places to eat really.

Linda said...

And now I'M hungry!!!

RecknHavic said...

Never heard of lemon rice, but it sounds good. If opa is cheese, I'll eat it.

Well, i had a lean cuisine pannini, 1/2 cal lays reg chips (which are surprisingly good, way better than the baked ones) and a diet DP for dinner. Then Soph and two of her friends got dropped off and I finished off a much too small piece of za they brought me.

I'm still hungry.

RecknHavic said...

Ok, after the smart (?) dinner I had a ham sandwich, more chips and cookie and cream ice cream.

~sigh~

Linda said...

That's not too bad. Of course ice cream is about the worst thing in the world for you, but I can't begrudge you for eating it, as it's also about the most delicious thing in the world. I had my first "real" hotdog today in ages. Was out and needed somethin quick. Got it at DQ..it was quite good!

RecknHavic said...

Ok, for Greek food yall go to a Coney Island place and for hotdogs, Dairy Queen....yep, makes perfect sense.

The famous Coney Island in Houston is -

Unfortunately, it's not as good (or as original) as it used to be.

RecknHavic said...

James Coney Island is eh BEST hotdog you'll ever have! Whenever I'm in H-town I hit JCI and Antone's for the worlds best po'boy (their chow-chow is unlike any other).

Stan Rosenthal said...

And just as unfortunately, Antones isn't as good (as far as value 4 the money) as it used to be.
