Pumpkilanterns

Reck said it all in his pumpkin post, so I'll just post the pics!

Dave's effort at putting the rumors to rest

Linda's "The Pack" ;)

B drew it on and I carved it.

T carved his first pumpkin!

I drew it, D carved it.

This took me an hour.

The whole gang.

Notice there's no tree on top of my wolf carving...came off. I thought that one was HARD! (The side tree has a stick pin in it...don't tell anybody.)

Ok, I'm kickin myself for not thinkin a McCain/Palin. Very original!
And your "pack" beats my pack. How you got the fur to look fluffy is a mystery to me. Great job. T's 1st is really cute too.

Yall got talent.

Have fun manana!

I like "The Pack". Considering that we have coyotes howling every night where I live that would be appropriate for us.

Question for Reck:

Is it Kai-o-tees or Kai-oats?

I'm lookin for the Texified answer here.

RecknHavic said...

It's definitely kai-o-tees.
Kai-oats is backwoods :)

the more I look at the one one tooth pumpkin the more I crack up! Priceless.

I looked at the one-tooth pumpkin again (after Reck's comment) and it reminded me the the picture at Beck's website, "Satan's Mentally Challenged Younger Brother"

Not that your boy is mentally challenged Linda, the jack-o-lantern is impressive for his age, it just made me think about that cause GB's book comes out the same day as Stephen King's new book and Glenn was mentioning it today on the radio.

Good Halloween morning!

Thanks! T's is supposed to be a dog. He's got a piece of pumpkin hangin out of the mouth for a tongue..can't see it.

I heard Glenn mention that, too. Good luck beatin S.K. Of course, I haven't read a S.K. book for a long time..maybe his popularity has dwindled?

Sandy the squirrel was singin your favorite TX song this morning, Reck.

Ahh...bbq and pecan pie.

Kids know..when oldest was lookin at yalls pumpkins last nite she said, "hey, someone carved a dog."
I thought it was the tin man.

I didn't think it was anything but a face! Wow...knew it was a dog. Weird.

Man are school busses noisy!

That's funny you guys mentioned that..D likes to say "kyote" and I always say "it's kyotee!" so the boys don't grow up saying like that. :) That doesn't make me an elitist, does it? ;) Media's got me paranoid.

RecknHavic said...

Actually, liberal elitist call them "people".

Remember, meat is murder..

..tasty, tasty murder.

RecknHavic said...

Yes, school buses ARE loud. They should give parents a beer before havin to ride.
I trust it went well tho?
