Then I had to catch a bus home..and -well...that's for another post. But here's what we're scaring people with so far. I need one more hanging scary guy for our tree, too. And more lights would look better.

I have the flash off on purpose cuz when it's on, you can't tell there's any lights.
We play a CD outside, of people screaming, Halloween night, too. It's actually kinda gross..some of em really sound like they're gettin the axe.

A sug, to get the tombstones to stay put: drive a wooden stake in the ground behind em, run wire through the tombstones and secure to stakes.

Just saw video of Reck's fav girl getting booed at a hockey game. She dropped the ceremonial first puck in........Philly! Who in the McCain camp thought it was a good idea to let her drop the puck in Philly??? The most brutal sports fans in America and a ridiculously liberal city and that's where they send her. Why couldn't she be at a Dallas Stars game? There were some people cheering, but I think the boos overrode the cheers. The person on Yahoo! Sports who wrote the article put a brief commentary and closed by mentioning that Eagles fans once snowballed Santa Claus. Not the most cordial fans in America.

Re: what you said about pic quality (flash, no flash) I hear ya. I took same pics several ways, but still wasn't happy. What I wish you could see is the lightenin effect over grave yard. i stuck a strobe light up in the tree above, pretty neat.

I was just talkin to D about a strobe tnite. Yeah, the camera will never get that. That's ok...a picture doesn't always tell a thousand words, that's why we have keyboards.

I saw the first comment, but haven't seen any others. I think the guy that left that comment isn't from Texas. I've heard Texans say (though I've never actually looked this up) that Texas could secede if they wanted to, it was part of their agreement of entering the union. I really don't know if it's true though. But I think Britain, had issues with the colonies 'seceding', but that didn't stop it from happening. I think if the United States fundamentally ceases from being the United States, you will see Texas (and maybe other states) secede. If BO socializes banking, energy etc., Texas will hit a point where it will say; "Screw you guys, I'm goin' home"
Texas (the only state that was a country prior to joinin the Union)kept the right to succession after the Civil War. I've heard that the legislature under the leadership(?) a Ann Richards changed that, but I'm not sure if that's true or not.

Youngest staying home tomorrow..cold. He's pretty miserable..started crying tonight for no reason. Said he was just sad. That's a good indication that he's feelin yucky enough to stay home. So sweet.
