18 Degrees of Preparation
Before you can decorate the Christmas tree, you must first buy the Christmas tree. Thanks to Reck's recommendation last year to try Lowes, that's where we headed this year. We paid only $15.00 for this little beauty, and while it's not the best tree we've ever had, (it got shorter after cutting the trunk) it was a deal. Btw, it was 18 degrees and windy out when we were shopping for it, which made the artificial ones indoors look really good.

We're not gonna get ours till tues as the D has to work sunday (our original plan after they scheduled her for manana). She missed out last yr when she was sick :(
We watched the 2nd Narnia tonite. Good, but not as much as the original.
Well, we've developed a breaker problem. Mosta the lights are on one circut & it keeps blowin...I know.
It's gotta be Snoopy cause we has no prob;ems last two yrs.
Now I gotta go get another dang extension.
Ok, I've looked at the demographics up where you guys live, there's like three Hispanics in Mich. So what's up w/ the tree sign havin Spanish on it?
We want those 3 people to feel reeealy comfortable.
Snoopy was always a bit of a troublemaker.
Man is it freakin cold out there. Boys and I were out and about this afternoon...brutal. Says the windchill is 17, but it doesn't feel that nice. Hasn't stopped snowing since 8 am. Went to Borders for GB's book, bought T a book and B bought a book w/ his bday money. It's the Star Wars Complete Visual Dictionary. I think if he knew the term "kick a**", that's how he'd describe it.
We're supposed to go watch my friend's band tonight, but I've gotta think the roads are gonna be bad, and the bar's a good 20 minute drive. Plus I'm lame. There's that.

Uhh...how exactly would you define "nice"? 22..24...just curious.

Ok, maybe "nice" isn't a good word. "Bearable"? 30 is nice in the winter, imo.
Yeah, we're stayin home. Sitter and all. La-ame! Thinkin about On-Demanding Get Smart. It's that or IN Jones and with your rave review, it's gonna take somethin for me to watch that.
Didja sort Snoopy out yet? I heard a rolled up newspaper works.
Thought about callin the Red Baron.
We're off to Walmart for a bew fish tank, maybe a couple a gifts and an extension cord.
High 50's here, now THAT'S bearable.

Gonna go to this place called Aquariums tomorrow (will prob hafta take out a loan) and take a looksy.
You could try pet stores, too, like Pet Smart or Petco. Dunno what you have down there.
Just finished Get Smart. I thought it was pretty good! I laughed occasionally, out loud a few times. I'd say that's a success. D bailed after a half hour...too tired to stay awake. I wanna be 99 when I grow up. Come to think of it, she was probably supposed to be in her early 30's. Dang...missed it. (She had a decent front leg swing kick I noticed.)

We got this tank from Petsmart Top Fin), may take pump in for them to look at (I think they guarantee their brand).
Geez, girl didn't get out till 11:20 tonite; was there at 10:45. There's only so mux=ch cell ph tetris you can play.
I don't know how to play games on a cell phone...I'll have to look into that.

Water trickles out the back (where filter sits). Question: our tank gets dirty really fast (the glass), tho it's actually that plastic glass. Was wonderin if real glass would stay cleaner?
I liked the yellow birthday cake at the uranium plant.
