My mom is a huge ornament person and most of them were given to me from her. I tease her and say that I'm gonna be a freakin mess at Christmas when she's gone, cuz every ornament reminds me of her. I'm curious to see after I post this if you can actually see em up close w/ the flash on. Most of em represent something....Tony likes frogs, Ben's train, pot of tea for me, Red Wings for Dave, 7 Winnie the Pooh books (that was the nursery theme for both of them) etc. She also gives me at least one with the year on it.
So I do beads instead of tinsel... I can't be traditional ALL the time. The boys call em the disco balls. I like em cuz they pick up the light.
When we just had T, we had "JOY" on the mantle. It was a big deal to find NOEL, for Ben. :) The tree's a bit crooked...on our to do list for tomorrow!

I like the beads. Use to put icicles on our trees but cats eat em. We have some ornaments w/ sentimental value as ell (tho not as many as yall).
My fave on yalls tree..the Eskimo & huskie in the canoe.
They do look bare w/out gifts don't they. As gift wrappin procrastinators, our tree's always look alittle lonely. Maybe you'll inspire us to get w/ it.

I was glad they won. They did so well through the whole thing, I thought it'd be a shame if they lost after all that. If you think about it, you can come in second to last every leg, and if you get lucky that last one, you win.
